Join WACNO as we celebrate the launch of our K-12 program with our first-ever Dining Internationally FAMILY NIGHT at Ancora Pizzaria! Though Dining Internationally is normally an “adult” event, this time we want you to bring the whole family to learn about the traditions and love of pizza.
Chef Jeff Talbot and his team will enhance the evening with explanations on pizza napoletana from a wood fired oven and cured meats produced in-house. Come, learn, and be nourished in mind and tummy!
Our specially prepared three-course menu will feature:
Course 1
Anti”Pizza” Plate (a mix of appetizers)
Course 2
Pizza Tasting
– Margarita (Tomato, Fior di Latte, and Basil)
– Diavola (Spicy Naples Salumi, Tomato, Fior di Latte, and Chili)
Course 3
Mix of “sweet-breads”

A separate ticket will be drawn by the restaurant, payable directly to the restaurant. The Member/Nonmember prices above are payable directly to WACNO and include the three-course menu, tax, and tip, but best of all – great company and stimulating conversation with the relaxed feel of home!

WACNO’s Dining Internationally program celebrates the diverse ethnic cuisines available in New Orleans. Local restaurants provide a special setting for members and friends of WACNO to meet and sample the flavors, smells, and cultural background of the restaurants home country.
