WACNO works with area universities and directors of their international programs, as well as with other internationally focused organizations and institutions, to exchange information and select topics and speakers for WACNO programming or co-sponsorship. To bring the world to New Orleans and increase citizens’ awareness of global trends and world events, WACNO works these organizations:

• the World Trade Center of New Orleans,
• Alliance Française of New Orleans,
• the New Orleans Citizen Diplomacy Council (the former Council for International Visitors of Greater New Orleans),
• the Consular Corps,
• the International Business Committee of the World Trade Center of New Orleans,
• and representatives of our corporate sponsors.
