For a look at the trailer and some of the feedback that the film has garnered, follow the link.

Following the film, Holly L. Wiseman, a former attorney with the Department of Justice who prosecuted the first case brought under the US human trafficking act, and Dr. Laura Murphy, head of the New Orleans Human Trafficking Working Group, will speak. This portion will include discussions about both human trafficking around the globe and suggestions for individuals on combating this problem.

The symposium closes with a dinner reception featuring representatives from local organizations working both directly and indirectly to end human trafficking. Audience members will have the opportunity to talk with these representatives about ways to help in the global fight against human trafficking.
